How do I get my GTA IV server to allow trainers?

I can use my trainer on other servers however my lemehost server does not allow them anytime I activate it nothing happens

My server does not allow any trainers for some reason it works in other servers but not my own

It used to previously work back in 2024 i don't know what has changed
