We're working hard to restore full access to all services.
One of our website database disks has experienced a hardware failure. Upon hardware replacement second disk also failed. It lead to complete halt. We are currently awaiting physical data recovery.

Awaiting transport to professional data recovery lab.

While we await for data recovery, we are actively working on alternative solutions for old customers to get minimal access to old servers/sftp.

We are actively working bringin back core website functionality. (both V2 and server recover form)

Current Status for Existing Customers
- Your data is safe. All client servers, databases, and hosted data remain fully intact.
- Servers are running. Any servers that were online at the time of the incident are still operating normally.
- Control panel unavailable. The lemehost.com control panel, file manager and SFTP is offline until recovery is complete.
- Billing is paused. No charges will occur during this outage.
- No servers will be deleted, including those on free plans.

If you would like to request a refund, please email us with your transaction details (payment method(example google play,ccbil,e.t.c),transaction ID, email address, etc.). If possible please attach email received after making a purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly.
If data recovery is unsuccessful, we will automatically issue full refunds for all balance top-ups made in recent months.
