Help is much appreciated, and thank you :)
For anyone who is facing the same issue, I removed the larger mod files and kept the total mod file size to about 50 MiB. You also have to make sure you upload the compatible mod files for version 2022.9 or lower and not from 2023.1 onwards. You can find the mod files by opening tmodloader, going to workshop, manage mods and open mod file. Also upload the enabled.json file and make sure that in it the mods you want to load are enlisted (You can do this easily by opening tmodloader, go to manage mods, and enable the mods you want to have in your server, then press back for the 'reload required'). You can find the enabled.json file in "C:\Users\{your username}\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\Mods". Hope you have fun playing.
The devs and moderators of this site have been extremely helpful and care a lot about the wellbeing of the site and its users, do extend your gratefulness towards them :)
