I am new to this hosting service. I am having a problem and it is the following:
When I generate the server, and open it. The server works fine for me, it lets me connect and so on.
But when I pass the IP to my friends, it appears to them that the server is not online ("Retrieving Info...")... What would be the solution to this problem?

Most of us are from Argentina, others from Chile and Uruguay

I've received this error recently, and It is just because of their country. After some time they'll be able to join the server
