Commands only 1 to enable and disable StaffChat

Feature

• You can chat in StaffChat Channel
• Can use Prefix without Commands
• Only Players with Permission simplestaffchat.use to chat and read
• if you want StaffChat to enter you must activate StaffChat in /sschat
