TShock plugin, make your server change language easily.
Bugs
When using Simplified Chinese(may exist in other languages too, test yourself), the/help command cannot be used (this bug only exists on the mobile end and is not related to the plugin itself, it is TShock's own bug)

Support Language
English（ID：1）
Deutsch (ID: 2)

简体中文 (ID: 7)

Do not enter an ID that is not in the list, otherwise the server will not start (if it does not start, please delete the configuration file of the plugin)
