Port in use is new. Already tried a re-install. Will try a new server. Mysql complained it didn't have access even tho I provided the same user/pass as the one for phpmyadmin.

I see server is deleted now. Did you managed to fix everything ?

Your server.cfg contained a line

bind ...

After removing it server is starting up without any errors.
