Hey there. We recommend running diagnostic in control panel first.

In server control panel click "Diagnostic" and "Run diagnostic" button.

i still got the same problem as shown in the video

Scroll to "#7 Investigate log files" in diagnostic report and click server_log.txt

At the bottom you will see

[12:00:44] Script[gamemodes/EM.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

Please double check if that file exists.
